Clinician Kristine Whittle is an experienced Registered Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Dance Artist with a passion for weaving together the healing and performing arts in service of cultivating emotional and physical well being. When you meet with Kristine you will be invited to enter a warm, safe space in which to let go of fear, tension and worry. As your body and mind begin to soften, opportunities for deeper connection with your own stillness, quietude, and calm will arise. You will be gently encouraged to allow yourself to be seen, heard, held and cared for. As the joy of connection spontaneously arises from this allowing, the false perception that you are separate or alone falls away to reveal the beauty that is you and is all around you.
You will receive your own breathing exercise that is tailored to your specific needs, accompanied by the instruction to place and keep it in your your own personal "wellness toolbox". It has the potential to become one of your most powerful allies to call upon anytime you may find yourself forgetting that you are loved, supported, and whole.
